If you have won with CLASSICAL 96.3 FM, below is information on how you can pick up your prize.Prizes can be picked up at our reception desk during business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.

What Do I Need to Bring?
You need to bring one piece of photo identification (e.g. Driver's Licence, Passport).
Can My Friend Pick Up My Prize?
Someone else can pick up your prize as long as they have a legible photocopy of your ID, and a note from you stating that you permit them to pick up your prize. However, please make arrangements with our receptionist before doing so, at 416.367.5353.
Prize Policy
Listeners can qualify to win a prize OR win a prize every 30 days. If a listener qualifies for a major prize (i.e. - trip), they are not eligible for another 30 days to qualify again or win a prize.
If a listener wins a prize, they cannot qualify to win a prize or win a prize for another 30 days.
30 days - no exceptions.
